~Wednesday, August 23, 2006 ~ 7 Donts after eating* Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).* Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr meal. * Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of this substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest. * Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked. * Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach. * Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake. * Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.
~Monday, August 21, 2006 ~ more pics!heehe i know the title is very misleading... coz i ain gonna post any pics right no... lazy la.. and so troublesome.. always got prob uploading one... sian le.. realised recently i haven been taking much pics... taking pics for my frds and food?!... haha oh well... duno leh... suddenly feel that these days seems to be my last days...trying to hold on to frds like there's no more time left with them... hmmmmoh well, tt's all for now! i will upload pics when im very free.. heehee
~Saturday, August 19, 2006 ~ ok time for updates...hmm... work backwards....Friday, 18 aug today... boring... at home whole day... go for work for a while... then nothing to do... and back home... rot til now... didnt do anything entire nite.. could have spend the time doing more useful things... sigh... thurs, 17 aug hmm... went to gym.... finally... muscle ache effects come in today only... met up w RC for lunch/tea/dinner at the new hong kong cafe in orchard cineleisure... after tt went walk walk around alone.... stomach cannot digest.. walk walk walk... hmv... then taka...saw alot of ppl... got some launch by mont blanc... to kino to find mag... then back to outdoors... then start to realise it's watch launch... haha pardon me, i dun buy watches, not alone to keep up w the high end brands... keke tot maybe i'll find my frds(ex-working acquaintances i think) there... and true enuff, they r there! lol! saw alicE! hee omg... super long time no see the guys n girls there! =D really happy to see all of them... and of coz the boss! haha.. oh well, chatted for a while w alice and then she went to carry on w her work.. the end of cocktail started w san nikkis performance... hee.. they looked much better on stage now... =) then hang ard and watch the launch.. awesome... mini pyrotechnics... got gigantic zig saw puzzle in the middle.. cannot see the pic... alice said it's all mont blanc pics, forming "100"... oh well... wanted to tok to her after the launch.. but she like still so busy... so we left at 9plus.. serena came down from her yoga just in time to see the pyro! hahaha hope to meet up soon w alice! adrian saw me earlier on and said alice was looking for me earlier on for some jobs... oops... aiya... i forgot they dun have my personal number ma... saw Zach... hee... like tt lo.. i lost his number! lol he called me after tt to double check if my number is the same... and now im still waiting for him to sms me his number! proceed on to harrys w serena to find derrick n derrick! lol and bumped into kew's gf!(oops i totally forgot her name!) happened tt kew is performing at wala for 1 nite.. lol.. in the end i didnt go over la... must be jam packed.. serena havent had her dinner and we went to breko for her meal.. was still bloated from my meal earlier on so i watched her makan... recommended her to try patty egg burger.... hee she was soooooooo happy enjoying the food that she posed for the cam! then other derrick looks rather cool... i wasnt even thinkin if he's chinese or mix or wat... then when he mentioned ppl said he looks portegal, ang mo etc then ya.. quite true.. hee... rather shuai... keke then we all parted after the last set ended and finished chatting... wed, 16 aug terror! haha reached cwp earlier than expected... and but of coz... ml was late!!! liew... anyway... went forlunch at mos and down to sch.... almost died... barely can survive in my opinion.. lol! i forgot all my physics liao lo... bio still ok.. physics... no way! oh well.. then walked back to cwp...and chatted at macs... bluff me to eat apple pie.. bish! keke i tot she makan w me ma.. liew.. then down to yakun to tabao my coffee, drink while walking ard... and saw tim!lol thanks to ml's sharp eyes! chased after him..and down for prac together lo... tues, 15 aug slacking day again?! sigh... in mixed mode, still thinkin which way is better for me... i may not go to study perc after all.... =\ last min met up w candice for dinner to pass her the card.. sorry! i scared to enter ma.. keke.. like kena find out then sian le.. heehe after the conversation with her, i got enlightened much... thanks thanks candice! =D not to forget our upcoming diving trip! no words can express how much our frdship means to me... =) and it was so farnie tt the situation both u n i r in are so similiar... i never realised after so long! i guess it's wat we've experienced and understand the importance of working in a team really moulds us... ECA r impt! lol thankew! mon, 14 aug oh well.. wat's new? more slacking.. 1 day after perf ma... let me rest... body tired... then met up w rc at YIH for some coffee n tabao subway to makan on way to ntu.. like tt lo... =\ feeling so lifeless as i recall wat i did for this week... will continue wat i did backwards soon! w pics of coz! ;)
